Our Process

First we have you fill out the contact form below very simple just your name, number and email address. Once we get your information we automatically send a questionnaire over to the email you provided to follow up and get more information about your event 

Once we receive the questionnaire we can then schedule a phone call with one of our planners to learn more about your event present questions we have and answer questions you have for us. This process is about becoming more familiar with you and your event so we can decide how you would like us to approach it.

Once you decide you would like to move forward with us we can then draft up a contract go over the budget and payment for the event which will all be listed in the contract (We use HoneyBook) and make sure everything is to your liking. When you sign the contract your all set your planner is on the job and will keep you in the loop throughout the whole process.
